It is possible that a small percentage of phones that still use outdated operating systems are not compatible.
Touchlessr requires an internet connection on the touchscreen in order to be remotely controlled. The user’s mobile phone should have access to their network carrier or wifi in order to access the web and use Touchlessr.
Touchlessr does not support remote controlling for TouchScreen kiosks that run on Android environments at this time. Most other environments, including Windows, Mac and Linux can integrate with our software.
